Premier Inns Tolleson - Phoenix

The queen room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While the staff members were polite and professional, the hotel grounds needed significant attention, with visible litter and debris. The amenities were lacking, especially the absence of breakfast despite the stay being a bit pricey.

Liked our 1 night stay. All the staffs were amiable. The location was marvellous and ideal in a fairly nice area, just next door to stores and a shopping mall, a shopping mall and the AK-Chin Pavilion.

Awesome setting, amicable and outstandingly accommodating staff.

Air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk available in the double room. Big size private bathroom. Private parking on site provided. Not to mention free wifi!

Not ideal but it sufficed

Clean except some small roaches in the bathroom. Staff was professional and polite, they were pretty understanding too when I asked about a late check-in. It did feel like a bit of a dive, but for a solo traveler in a bind, it worked.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive though, still acceptable, I guess.

Everyone was accommodating.

The room of this place was brand-new with the king bed. Climate control, multi-channel television and an electronic key card were a bonus. The location was ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from New Life Baptist Church.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Phoenix, had much fun. Such great stay in the pretty nice area.

This place is great, and has free parking, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. Highly recommend!
